Yes. KvL CX Assistant is an independent Chrome extension designed to support an existing Courier Exchange workflow. Courier Exchange membership is purchased separately.

Prices are prepared using the driver profile and pricing rules you configure, including mileage rates, minimum prices and applicable surcharges. You should always review the result before submitting.

Yes. You can save separate driver profiles with their own vehicle, search and pricing preferences. The number of profiles available depends on your KvL CX Assistant plan.

Distance to Pickup estimates the road distance from the active search origin to the job’s pickup postcode. It is displayed separately from the job distance and does not automatically change the quote price.

Distance to Pickup and vehicle-range pricing are available on Platinum and Diamond. Other features, profile limits and daily quote limits are displayed on the plan cards.

When the saved registration cannot be selected, KvL CX Assistant can use Courier Exchange’s “Choose vehicle later” option instead of abandoning the prepared quote.

It records supported quote information visible while the extension is running, including quote details, revisions, users, timestamps, posting information and requested vehicle details.

No. Master Auditor is a monitoring and reporting tool. It does not submit, cancel or change your quotes.

Yes. Master Auditor creates structured Excel exports that make quote activity easier to review, filter, investigate and retain.

Yes. When supported changes are detected, Master Auditor records the updated information. Changed records can also be visually highlighted in supported Excel exports.

Yes. Master Auditor works alongside an existing Courier Exchange account. Courier Exchange membership is purchased separately.

No. Master Auditor begins building its independent history while it is installed, active and able to monitor the relevant pages.
