You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and activated devices.

KvL Software products are independent third-party tools. Products designed to work alongside Courier Exchange require your own valid Courier Exchange membership and access rights.

KvL Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by Courier Exchange or Transport Exchange Group. We do not control the availability, rules or interface of third-party platforms.

Features, daily usage limits, driver profile limits and device allowances are determined by the plan displayed at purchase or granted to your account. A licence may not be shared beyond its permitted users or devices.

Trial access is time-limited and may have different features or limits. We may prevent repeated or abusive trial registrations.

• Prices and billing frequency are shown before checkout.
• Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled through the available billing portal or by contacting support.
• Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues to the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise.
• Failed or overdue payments may place a licence into a restricted or past-due state.

• Use products only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable third-party platform rules.
• Do not reverse engineer, bypass licensing or security controls, resell access without written permission, or use automation to cause disruption.
• Review quote details before approval. The user remains responsible for every submitted quote and business decision.

Unless a product clearly says otherwise, reports and files produced by local tools such as KvL CX Assistant and KvL Master Auditor are created on your device and are not stored by KvL Software. You must review output before relying on it and are responsible for backups, access control, secure sharing and deletion.

Generated reports are operational guidance and do not replace accounting, legal, tax or compliance checks.

Fleet Tracker is an online fleet service with different data handling and operational rules. Its users are also subject to the separate Fleet Tracker Terms & Conditions.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Browser, operating-system or third-party website changes may require product updates. We may update features for security, compatibility or improvement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, KvL Software is not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunities, third-party platform outages, or decisions made using unreviewed product output.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We may suspend or terminate access where payment is overdue, a licence is misused, security is threatened or these terms are materially breached. You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
