Licence Agreement (EULA)

1. Licence Grant

KvL Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our software in accordance with your purchased plan.

2. Device Limits

Licences may be limited to a specific number of devices. Device limits are determined by your purchased plan or by any custom agreement with KvL Software.

3. Licence Validation

Software licences may periodically communicate with KvL Software to verify activation status, expiry dates, permitted devices and plan information.

4. Expiry & Suspension

Premium functionality may be disabled if a licence expires, is suspended or revoked due to fraud, abuse or breach of this agreement.

5. Restrictions

• No redistribution.
• No resale without written permission.
• No reverse engineering except where permitted by law.
• No removal of copyright or licence notices.
• No attempts to bypass licence validation.

6. Ownership

All software, branding, code, designs and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of KvL Software.

7. Termination

KvL Software reserves the right to terminate licences obtained fraudulently or used in violation of this agreement.
