Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

KvL Software sells digital software products and software licences. By purchasing a licence, you acknowledge that the product is delivered electronically.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are considered individually and may be granted where a product cannot be activated, contains a confirmed technical fault or has been purchased in error.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

• Change of mind after successful activation.
• Failure to read product descriptions.
• Licence suspension caused by policy violations.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same licence more than once, please contact us and we will review your request.
